Warren Ave. \n\nEach child will have the opportunity to select a ticket for a bike of their choice. Ten bikes will be included in the drawing. Tickets will be drawn at 6 p.m. to announce the winner of each bike. Participants must be present to win.\n\nThe bike rodeos are a chance for kids and their parents to learn about biking safety. Kids can bring their bikes and practice skills that will help them become better bicyclists and avoid typical crashes. \n\nThe Victoria Police Department will also offer bike registrations at the event. If the bike is stolen or goes missing\, the registration information will greatly increase the odds of the bike being returned to the owner.\n\nThis is not the first time Wal-Mart has partnered with VPD to help local children. In April\, the department received a report that a bicycle belonging to a 10-year-old boy\, Frank\, was stolen from his front doorstep. The manager of Wal-Mart stepped up and donated a bicycle for the young boy.
