Calling all pet parents and art lovers! Get ready for a paws-itively fun evening at our Pet Pop Art Night! This is your chance to transform your beloved furry, scaly, or feathered friend into a vibrant and unique pop art masterpiece. Bring a photo of your pet! We recommend a clear, well-lit photo where their face is easily visible. Or email us at vpl@victoriatx.gov before the event.
