VPL JAMS is a monthly music series that highlights the local Crossroads music scene. Mark Patrick McFail is a local Country, Blues, and Bluesgrass musician that plays at several farmer's markets, restaurants, and wineries around the area. Join us for an intimate evening of acoustic music at the Victoria Public Library.
