Description
VPL Talks is a monthly speaker series highlighting locals in the Crossroads. Join us in the Bronte Room for talks given by detectives, photojournalists, martial arts specialists, authors, artists, and more! Dottie will be at the library to share her knowledge of Singing Bowl Meditation. Singing bowls are commonly used in sound healing practices, meditation sessions, and yoga classes to help participants quiet their minds.
