Costume Contest and Swap
Description
Old Halloween costumes taking up space in your closet? Bring any old costumes that are still in good condition to swap for a new-to-you costume at the Library! Open to all ages. Come for the swap and stay for a costume contest! We are also looking for stuffed animal donations for our Inbe-TWEEN-er's Frankentoy event.
