Tracy is number two of five children who grew up in Portland, Texas. She has lived in Florida, California and Arizona before making her way back to Texas settling in Victoria in 1992. She has been married to her husband Garry since 1985 and has two grown sons, gorgeous daughter in law, and two precious grand-children.
